We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies & analytics

Terms of Service
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account and keeping your login secure.
Subscriptions & billing
- Memberships may be monthly or annual.
- Payments renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
- Access continues through the end of the billing period.
Ownership of content
You keep ownership of everything you publish.
By posting on GiddyupBuddha, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:
- Display your work
- Promote it within the platform
- Include it in features, collections, or editorial highlights
We do not claim ownership of your writing or audio.
Public vs Members-only stories
Some stories may be publicly visible; others are available only to members.
Please understand: online publishing is never risk-free. Public content may be copied or scraped by third parties. Members-only access reduces exposure but cannot eliminate it entirely.
Editorial feedback
Some stories may be selected each month for editorial feedback. Feedback is not guaranteed and is provided at the editor's discretion.
Platform availability
The platform is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Account termination
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these policies or harm the community.
Community Guidelines
GiddyupBuddha is built on voice, respect, and curiosity. You don't have to agree with everyone — but you do have to treat people like humans.
Not allowed:
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Plagiarism or posting work you don't have rights to
- Doxxing or sharing private personal information
- Illegal or harmful content
We may remove content that violates these guidelines or undermines the spirit of the platform. We also reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that engage in repeated violations, patterns of inappropriate behavior, or conduct that harms the safety or integrity of the community.
Copyright & Takedown
We respect creators and expect contributors to do the same.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without permission, contact us at: hello@giddyupbuddha.com
Include:
- A link to the content in question
- Proof of ownership or authorization
- Your contact information
We will review and respond as quickly as possible.
About the Name
“Giddyup” represents motion; “Buddha” represents reflection. The name is used symbolically — not religiously, not doctrinally, and not tied to any specific gender or spiritual identity. GiddyupBuddha is a storytelling platform, not a spiritual authority.
Publishing online always carries some risk. We do our best to create a respectful, curated space — but each contributor decides what they share publicly.
If something feels off, tell us. We're building this together.
